Personalization covers adding your text, logo, or artwork to a duck. You’ll get an instant preview mockup to approve before anything goes to production. Pricing starts at $4.95 per duck for Shoppers, with volume discounts for Pro and Enterprise tiers.
How does the delivery date guarantee work?
For eligible orders, you can select a guaranteed delivery window at checkout. The fee is a percentage of your order subtotal (8–12% for Shoppers, lower for subscribers). If we miss the target, we’ll make it right.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual plans include a savings discount.
